    Thanks for the demos. I’ve read of the PSOAS muscle and saw diagrams. I was surpised to see how it links with the lower back.

    I used this and it is wonderful. I’ve used all the other stretches recommended this stretched an area I haven’t been able to reach. Thanks. The follow through exercise was very important. It seemed to be key in helping remove some of the pain. Like I said thanks.

    Thanks for the video. I am 22 years old and I pinched my sciatic nerve while hiking a year ago. I have been doing exercises like this everyday and this one seems to be the most effective.

    Ok, I’m going to try this right now. I haven’t been able to walk for over a week now, I’m getting better but I need some serious help. I will try it and post again to let you know. Here I go.

    Wow, I’ve had 4 damaged discs and misaligned lower spine for 3 years now with constant pain 24/7 and occassional sciatica that I can never get to go away without just waiting. For the last 4 days I’ve had the sciatica and I just tried this process out and I can tell a very big difference. I will start doing this often, it felt great.

    Amazing!!! I have had intense pain for the last 4 days down my left hip and all the way down my leg and nothing has helped! I’ve missed 2 days of work. I’ve taken huge amounts of ibuprophen and tylenol. Used icepacks and no luck. I just did the exercises and unbelievably the pain is gone! Thank you so much for posting this video! I will continue to do these exercises daily to make sure the pain does not come back! THANK YOU!!!!
