does your back ever crack when totally inverted?

An inversion table is not a substitute for exercise. 30 minutes a day on an exercise bike is still my number one remedy for back pain. Inversion augments it nicely.

if anyone has disk problem, inversion table relieves the pressure off disks, and so is exercise, of course, because more exercise causes less body index and fat and weight, meaning Less pressure on disks. any fat belly means bad back, simply because it is pulling your back out of alignment, so all back muscles will get sore and tiered then will give up, and put all pressure on the disks again.
what inversion table can accomplish is, letting blood recirculating in disturbed disks to rejuvenate.

I wanted to point it out because when I got an inversion table, I thought I could get away with just inverting without doing something more strenuous. Stiffness returned to my neck and shoulders and stopped when I went back to exercising. This is not to say that I do not benefit from inversion. I just think it’s a mistake if you forgo other types of exercise because you have a table.
